Our Hot Stone treatment utilizes the use of ancient heated volcanic Basalt rounded flattened stones. They are heated to a temperature of 40-50deg and then placed upon the muscles groups, in a position where the heat is absorbed into the tissue to alleviate any soreness, reduce tension, relax tightening and to repair any damage.
